Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Outside of the U.S. and European Union
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from locations outside of the 50 U.S. states, the European Union, or U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories). If your order is being shipped outside of these regions, we are unable to accommodate returns. Please ensure your shipping address is within these areas before placing an order.

Subscription Orders, Returns & Minimum Commitment

Inease offers discounted subscription pricing to customers who choose recurring delivery. Because subscription orders receive a special discounted price, subscriptions are subject to a minimum purchase commitment of two shipments: the initial subscription order and one renewal order.

Initial Subscription Order

If you try your first subscription order and decide the product is not right for you, you may return the initial order in accordance with our standard return policy for a full refund. Once the eligible return is approved, your subscription will be canceled and you will not be required to complete the minimum two-shipment commitment.

If You Keep Your Initial Order

If you choose to keep your initial subscription order and do not return it within the applicable return period, you agree to complete the minimum subscription commitment. This means your subscription will renew one time and you will be charged for the first renewal order at the applicable subscription price.

The first renewal order is final sale and is not eligible for return or refund, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Canceling After the Minimum Commitment

After the initial order and first renewal order have been completed, there is no further minimum commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time before a future renewal to prevent additional subscription orders and charges.

By selecting the subscription option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the discounted subscription pricing, recurring billing, and two-shipment minimum purchase commitment described above.
